Jesus Hernandez (born April 1, 1981) is a
developmental driver for Ginn Racing from Fresno,
California who is beginning his transition to the
NASCAR touring series. Hernandez started his
development contract with Ginn Racing last season
while driving a late model stock car at several
locations throughout the season.
Hernandez made his NASCAR debut at Phoenix
International Raceway driving the #4 Waste
Management Chevy Monte Carlo SS in the NASCAR Grand
National Division, West Series' 150 mile event.
Hernandez finished fifth in his first career start
and the team plans on entering Hernandez at a NASCAR
Grand National Division event at Greenville-Pickens
Speedway.
Hernandez's plans for 2007 include running a limited
about of Grand National Series races and also
continuing his late model plans. Hernandez may run
about three NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races as
apart of Ginn Racing's partnership with
Morgan-Dollar Motorsports. Hernandez's plans also
call for a limited schedule in the ARCA RE/MAX
Series.
