Touraj (T. J.) Houshmandzadeh, Jr. (born September
26, 1977 in Victorville, California) is an American
football player of Iranian and African-American
descent (father is Iranian, mother is
African-American) who plays wide receiver for the
National Football League's Cincinnati Bengals. The
name Houshmandzadeh is a compound name meaning the
"son of wisdom". He was a seventh-round pick in the
2001 NFL Draft by the Bengals.
