Thomas Howard   September 16, 2007               Thomas Howard (born July 14, 1983) is an American football linebacker for the Oakland Raiders. He was drafted in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft after running a 4.44 second 40 yard dash at the 2006 NFL Combine. He played college football for the University of Texas at El Paso.
