Neil William Rackers (born August 16, 1976 in Florissant, Missouri) is a placekicker for the Arizona Cardinals. He was selected with the third pick of the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals out of the University of Illinois.

He has had over 20 touchbacks in a season twice in his career. His streak of consecutive field goals without a miss ended at 31 on November 27, 2005 when he missed a 43-yard field goal against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

On January 1, 2006 Rackers kicked his 40th field goal of the season, an NFL record. After the 2005 NFL season, Rackers was rewarded by playing in the 2006 Pro Bowl. ESPN.com also named him the Most Valuable Fantasy Football kicker of 2005.

Rackers is married with 2 children and Motivated by his father Rich Rackers, a CPA in St. Peters Missouri and brother Rackers, a St. Peters Police Officer.
