Matt Stover   October 7, 2007               John Matthew Stover (born January 27, 1968 in Dallas, Texas, U.S.) is the kicker for the Baltimore Ravens in the National Football League. At the start of 2006, he was the third most accurate kicker in the history of the NFL.
