Jeff Rowe   August 31, 2007               Jeff Rowe (born March 21, 1984) is an American football quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals. He played college football at the University of Nevada from 2002-2006 and high school football at Robert McQueen High School from 1999-2002. He was selected 151st overall in the 2007 NFL Draft. Rowe attended Robert McQueen High School and led his team to the 2001 State Championship game.
