Anthony Maddox (born November 22, 1978 in Moultrie,
Georgia) is an American football defensive tackle on
the Houston Texans of the NFL. He was drafted in the
fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft after playing
college football at Delta State University.
Maddox attended Monroe H.S. (Albany, Georgia) and
was a letterman in football. In football, he was a
three-time All-District selection and a three-time
All-Conference selection. After his senior football
season, he was invited to participate in the 1997
Georgia-Florida All-Star game. Anthon Maddox
graduated from Monroe High School in 1997.
