Robb William Quinlan (born March 17, 1977 in St.
Paul, Minnesota) is a Major League Baseball player.
He currently plays third base and first base for the
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Quinlan graduated
from the University of Minnesota in 1999, obtaining
a degree in marketing and communications. He was
drafted by the Angels in the 10th round of the 1999
amateur draft. His 21 game hit streak in 2004 is the
longest by an Angels rookie in club history, and was
the longest by any rookie in the majors since Ichiro
Suzuki (23) in 2001. Quinlan signed a 2 year, $1.8
millon contract before the 2007 season.
