Carlos Pena   August 31, 2007               Carlos Felipe Peña (born May 17, 1978 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) is a left-handed first baseman for the Tampa Bay Rays. He attended Haverhill High School, Haverhill, Massachusetts, Wright State University and Northeastern University. As a collegiate player, he competed in the Cape Cod League, which showcases top amateur prospects every summer.
