Sileshi Sihine (born January 29, 1983 in Sheno) is an Ethiopian long-distance athlete.

He achieved a silver medal in the 10,000 m at the 2004 Athens Olympics.

He began running at school, inspired by the achievements of his compatriot Haile Gebrselassie, and after success at junior level, he emerged as a leading senior athlete in 2003.

He was one of the three Ethiopians, along with Kenenisa Bekele and Haile Gebrselassie who swept the gold, silver, bronze medals in the 10000m of 2003 World Championships.

He won a silver medal in the 10000 m at the 2004 Athens Olympics, behind his compatriot Kenenisa Bekele.

He won the silver medal in the 10000 m behind Kenenisa Bekele and the silver medal in the 5000m at the 2005 World Championships.

He was 3rd in the 2004 World Cross Country Championships and 2nd behind Kenenisa Bekele in 2006 World Cross Country Championships.

At the 2007 World Championships he took the silver medal in the 10000 m, again finishing behind Bekele.
