Félix Sánchez (born in August 30, 1977) —nicknamed Super Felix, the Invicible and the Dictator— is a track and field athlete from New York, New York (U.S.). Sánchez's event is the 400m hurdles for which he won the first olympic gold medal ever for the Dominican Republic in August 28, 2004 during the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. Although Sánchez was born in the United States, his parents were born in the Dominican Republic, and he has competed for that country since 1999.

Between 2001 and 2004 he won 43 races in a row at 400m hurdles. He won a share of the Golden League million dollar-jackpot in 2002 after winning all 7 races.

Sánchez has been having injury problems since the 2004 Olympics and didn't come close to his previous form until the 2007 World Championships where he won a surprising silver medal.

He presently is a track and field instructor at the Harvard-Westlake School in North Hollywood, California.
